The makers of Daadi Ki Shaadi have officially announced that the family entertainer will hit theatres on May 8, 2026. Alongside the release date, the team unveiled the film’s first poster, offering a vibrant glimpse into a story centered on family bonds, humor, and emotional moments.

Sharing the update on social media, the makers wrote:

“Daadi is breaking the internet — and the rules! Is the family with her or against her? Find out in Daadi Ki Shaadi, releasing on 8th May. Gen D to Gen Z — all are invited.”

The poster features a lively ensemble cast set against a celebratory, floral backdrop, hinting at a light-hearted yet emotionally layered narrative.

Riddhima Kapoor Sahni’s Bollywood Debut

The film marks the acting debut of Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, daughter of veteran actor Neetu Kapoor and sister of Ranbir Kapoor. Her entry into Bollywood has generated significant interest, given her well-known film family background.

Riddhima previously appeared in the Netflix reality series Fabulous Lives vs Bollywood Wives, where she gained visibility among audiences. Reflecting on her first film experience, she shared a heartfelt note after completing the shoot:
