Sharing the post on Twitter on behalf of Aamir Khan Production, it was written that presenting Balaraju from Bodipalem…played by Chaitanya Akkineni! Love you our young emperor!’ He is playing the role of soldier Balaraju in this film. Directed by Advait Chandan, ‘Lal Singh Chaddha’ is a remake of Hollywood star Tom Hanks’ film ‘Forrest Gump’. Apart from Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor, Mona Singh and Naga Chaitanya are also in important roles in the film. Produced by Aamir Khan Productions, Kiran Rao and Viacom 18 Studios, ‘Lal Singh Chaddha’ has been shot at over 100 locations in India.


In Lal Singh Chaddha, important events of Indian history like Emergency, 1983 Cricket World Cup, Operation Blue Star, Rath Yatra and Kargil War of 1999 will be shown. In such a situation, the audience will get a chance to live those special moments once again through the film, for which the film’s actors as well as the producers and directors are ready. The film was supposed to be screened long back, but due to the pregnancy of Kareena Kapoor, the film kept moving forward. Now finally this film will be released on August 11, 2022.
