According to the information, Tara will be seen doing tremendous action in her upcoming film APURVA. Tara is very excited about this project and she says that as an artist, there could not have been a better project for me. It is going to be a crime thriller film which will be directed by Nikhil Nagesh Bhatt. Tara will be seen in a tremendous action avatar in this thriller film. The film will be jointly produced by Murad Khetani and Star Studios.

Talking on the film, Tara said that I could not have asked for a better script than this in my career. The thought of playing APURVA makes me proud of myself. I am happy that I am going to present on screen the story of a woman who with her wisdom and courage will face those who are after her life. Tara says that I always had to do such roles in which women could not be shown less than men in any respect. Tara said that such films give a message to the society as well as to me that women can also fight for their rights by coming forward.
The director of the film Nikhil Nagesh Bhatt said that first of all I want to thank the producer of this film, Murad Khetani. The reason behind this is that he has reposed faith in me as a director on this script. Nikhil says that this is a script that will surprise all the viewers. He said that even after seeing Tara, people will be surprised whether she is the same bubbly actress who is seen doing tremendous action here.
