Janhvi Kapoor and Boney Kapoor are working together for the first time on the film Mili which is set to release on 4th November 2022.

Boney Kapoor is producing the movie while Janhvi is playing the lead role. The movie is about a BSC Nursing student stuck in the Freezer. She is fighting for her life.

Boney Kapoor, the film producer recently said that Janhvi has a good sense of humour and great comic timing just like her mother, the late Sridevi.

Further, he added that he is very happy with Jahvi’s acting in the film. He told the media, that one day a producer approached him stating that we should make this film.

The producer also wanted Janhvi Kapoor to play the lead role. Then, Boney Kapoor watched the original film and he said that he cried watching the film and wholeheartedly wanted to work on the film.

Later, he choose Mathukutty Xavier as the director of the film as he was also the director of the original film released in 2019, Helen. He even won a Nation Award for this.

The movie also stars Manoj Pahwa and Sunny Kaushal. The music is composed by A.R. Rahman and the lyrics are written by Javed Akhtar.
