Big Boss 16 was launched on October 1st 2022, and since then, fans have been showing disinterest in director Sajid Khan's appearance as a contestant on the show.
In 2018, Sajid Khan was accused by not one but more than eight women of inappropriate actions he took against the women who were working with him.
This was the time the #MeToo moment was at its epitome in India. He faced these allegations by Sherlyn Chopra, who spoke about a sexual misconduct incident that took place in 2005.
Many people from the industry have come out and shamed Big Boss for bringing Sajid Khan on the show. Stars like Sona Mohapatra, Saloni Chopra, and and Urfi Javed have shown anger against this.
On the other hand, there are few people in support of Sajid Khan who has stated that he has a right to make a living from the show and praised Big Boss for giving him a second chance at life.
Recently, Rakhi Sawant has shown a lot of support for Sajid Khan by stating in her Instagram video that Sajid Khan has already faced punishment for not working for the last 4 years.
She further added, if Sajid is trying to start fresh then people should allow him to do so. She also said if she is invited back in the Big Boss then she will ask Sajid about the allegations.
With all this criticism Big Boss might eliminate Sajid Khan in the upcoming weeks as this matter is defaming the show and Salman Khan as well.
