The highly anticipated movie of the year Drishyam 2 is all set to release on 18 November 2022. The movie is the second part of the hit film Drishyam which was released in 2015.
The mystery-drama film recently launched its trailer and also had a press conference in Goa. The film also features Tabu, Shriya Saran, Rajat Kapoor and Ishita Dutta.
Ajay Devgan and Akshay Khanna are reuniting again after the 2002 movie, Deewangee in which Akshay was seen framing Ajay Devgan in a case as he was a criminal lawyer.
In a recent press conference, Ajay said that the director of the film Abhishek Pathak wanted a good actor in the role and as I and Akshay shared great rapport, we went along with that.
The movie is a remake of a Malayalam film that was released in 2021 with the same name. The film is shot in different locations in India like Goa, Mumbai and Hyderabad.
Since the release of the trailer fans are praising the acting skills of all the actors and are excited to see the Ajay-Akshay duo together after a long-time time.
The movie depicts the scene after 7 years from the first film wherein Vijay is trying to protect his family. Both movies are interlinked as we can see some flashback scenes from the last one.
The movie is produced by Gulshan Kumar, Mangat Pathak, Abhishek Pathak and Krishan Kumar. Let’s see how the movie performs at the box office next month.
